Cannot edit above to add video, which won’t let me add all the videos in one go (as more than 100MB total).

Final video of rear view of Dirty Diaper

Here is my attempts for the drills, nose against fence, pop the ball up. I notice that I have to toss the ball significantly over my head for these drills.

    Hi Herman,

Please see my submissions for the 3/4 serve, on court and off court.

My on court attempt is not as good, I don’t know why, maybe the target is too far away and I’m reverting to bad technique. The off court attempt is better but I’m still struggling to keep the elbow back and do a shoulder over shoulder movement from the trophy position. In a way I’m not so concerned about the on court as I feel that will get better if I can solidify the technique off court which I’m barely getting. I struggle with the transition from the trophy onwards. Maybe I’m a bit late on the leg drive because I still seem to have an early racquet drop. Needless to say I have worked on this a lot in the last two months. Although because I’m in the middle of the competitive tennis season, I suspect every time I go out for a match (which is about the only time I go on a court), it undoes all the off court training.

Hi Herman, thanks for the feedback. The serves I was doing in the previous submission were meant to be flat serves, definitely not my second serve which is more over my head. Makes sense to go back to the early racquet drop drill as I’m clearly doing that. I submit two attempts with ball for the early racquet drop drill. I have framed the shots with the max height of the ball toss visible. Do you think I’m doing this drill right? My legs are straight but elbow seems lower than Jeff. Is this because of a lack of shoulder flexibility?
