Hello Coach Herman, I am sorry , but would you please ignore earlier videos I sent today, and would you see these videos attached to this instead? This time I tried to do dirty diaper on knees being conscious about bringing hand toward belly button.

    Hello Coach Herman,

Please see dirty diaper finish on knee with target. Deuce side is little harder to do dirty diaper serve on knee than ad side.

    Thank you for reply

Hello Coach Herman, Thank you for your analysis.

I checked videos to study (safe target, bent elbow and curl finish and dirty diaper). Am I doing these video exercises with target on knees?

Thank you so much for reply

Thank you so much Coach Herman, the video you sent is very helpful. I had few matches past week and I ended up using this video clip and I tried to return first shot back to opponent and it worked pretty good in a way that I did not lose too many points with my serve return. I have one more match scheduled right after thanksgiving so I will try to start my return using this strategy. weather here has been staying pretty decent here to practice outside still, but it will get colder in December and January (and February) so that I do not want to start any new program now. sometime next year, I will get back with you with your private lesson for this (or any other tennis lessons I want to work on). Thank you so much

    Hello coach Herman,

I did cross court buggy whip. For previous videos I sent, I think I take about 8-10 steps for recovery. I think the reason why hitting deep to opponents is to prevent them from attacking and hopefully we can get some floating return shots that we can attack.

Please see attached videos. Thank you

Hello Coach Herman, do I have to do recording of all 3 drills? I sent you videos of 1 and 2 before. drill 3 is new one. am I supposed to be sending you videos of all 3 or keep on practicing drill 1 and 2, and send video of drill 3?

    Thank you for reply

Hello Coach Herman, I feel sometime, racket maybe closer to my head, but not every time yet. I tend to slide racket away from me still

Hello Coach Herman, I am attaching videos of pop up ball and nose on fence. for pop up ball, I included one video from baseline I tried. It was little harder to stop at the contact.

Hello Coach Herman, I tried buggy whip on FH cross court. I put cones on down the line side. The title of this drill is cross court, but buggy whip can be used for down the line shot right?

    Thank you for your analysis.

Hello and thank you for your reply to my review. I love this program as whole: Jeff’s program with your coaching, and customer support by Jasmin, she is extremely helpful also. I can imagine you do coaching. Right now, I have been learning a lot from tennis evolution and I have more I can learn with this program and TE (or you!) has been keeping me busy! So I do not think I can do any more lessons now. Also I do not belong to any tennis club and I play mostly outdoor. It’s getting little chilly and I probably would slow down with tennis practice little in winter time when it’s cold. In winter time, if it’s warm enough, I hit ground strokes, but I do not practice serves as much since I do not move as vigorously with serve practice as hitting ground stroke and I cannot warm up my body with serve practice.

But I will keep that in mind and I will check with you about your lesson in the future! You already know enough about my tennis style/level so it is easier for you to work with me. Thank you for letting me know.

Hello coach Herman, I have question on buggy whip. I think it is useful to do it on stressful shots, such as wide shot or deep shots etc. I included few videos on buggy whip when I had slightly deeper shot so that I had to back up and also wide shot. I understand that we have to extend forward when we do buggy whip but when we are dealing with deep balls so that we had to go back behind the baseline, or when we are pulled wide, do we still have to extend forward ? under these conditions, I feel it is harder to hit balls forward since we are pushed back or wide. please see attached video and let me know my buggy whip on wide shot and deeper shot. Thank you
