My apologies about the IT issues related with loom. I think this was due to a network problem I encountered while recording the video you refer to. I played it on my end without any issue before sending it to you, but looks like it still had issues.
Please let me know if you encounter further difficulties in the last two video reviews I sent today.
Regarding the format of your clips, I think it depends on the format they are sent. I will let you know if we keep having similar issues.
