Hello Coach Herman, here is catch balls and also another video with combined “shadow stroke” and “split and move” of volley into one. for shadow stroke recording’s backhand, I tried both one hand and 2 hand backhand volley’s shadow stroke. In case doing shadow stroke, one hand backhand volley feels okay to me.
