Hi Herman, thanks for the feedback. The serves I was doing in the previous submission were meant to be flat serves, definitely not my second serve which is more over my head. Makes sense to go back to the early racquet drop drill as I’m clearly doing that. I submit two attempts with ball for the early racquet drop drill. I have framed the shots with the max height of the ball toss visible. Do you think I’m doing this drill right? My legs are straight but elbow seems lower than Jeff. Is this because of a lack of shoulder flexibility?
