Trying to fix that early racquet drop but so far doing the drill doesn’t seem to do enough. I’m missing something in the feel of it so that even after doing the drill as soon as I hit the ball I still have the early racquet drop.
Here, I’m trying two strategies. First, I try to keep the tossing arm up and the racquet down, so that I have more of a lag. In the second video, I’m trying to bend my knees as I am tossing (as my tossing arm goes up).
Are these doing any good? Which videos look better?
